Tool Box Homes LLC has been owned and operated by Mark Smith for a decade.  A graduate of Georgia Tech’s civil engineering program, Smith has 19 years of residential construction experience.  He is a licensed residential contractor, and a long time member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
